Here are almost a dozen Season Passes I've chosen so far with my mother's Christmas present: Duckman, Reno 911!, South Park, and The Daily Show on Comedy Central; Scrubs, Friends, and the The West Wing on NBC; Inside the Actors Studio and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy on Bravo; and The Sopranos and Six Feet Under on HBO. I'd be curious to see the collective data TiVo analyzes. Perhaps the could use it to build an opt-in Friendster. Or is that too Orwellian? Would people start to modify their choices to fit in?
